ok i thinks its a girl movie,i saw back in high school,
anyways it was about this couple,they were very happy together,so in loved..after a few months i think they got married and had a baby,the husband started to become abusive towards his wife,he had a shotgun and pointed it at her and told her that the only way shell leave him was for her to kill him...
so the abuse got bigger she tried to put her daughter in the van and he came out and beat her up in front of the neighbors,finally after a while she got tired and i think they were fighting and he was going to kill her so she shot him...
then it shows her in court explaining what had happened... thats pretty much what i remember any help would be surely appreciated!!!
