i just got 60glln tank i bought 3 clown loaches and one silver aro he is about 6inch but he wont eat nothing i tried pellets live market shrimp brine shrimp worms hikari sticks krill and he wont eat nothing could it be cause the change of aguariums some one help me please

It will take a few days for your aro to adjust. How new is the tank? Did you properly cycle it, Arowanas do not do well with ammonia, so test your water daily if the tank is in fact new, and do water changes accordingly.

The clown loaches grow slow and will be fine in the 60g tank for a few years. However your 6" silver aro is gonna be 18-20" long with in a year, they grow incredibly fast. Unless you are going to be able to provide a tank that is at least 180g (6' x 2' x 2') in the next 6 months, I urge you to consider taking this fish back to the LFS.

BTW the 180g tank I mention before will still not even be big enough to keep the aro in once it gets 26 plus inches.

that 60 Gallon will be overcrowded with just the 3 Clown Loaches alone. They get over 12 inches. then add in the potential size of the Silver you just got and your 60 is going to look like a Sardine can.

the 60 gallon is actually a great home for them

clowns grow slooooooooooow so it will be a good some for several years

i also have a 180 thats where he is going in a month once my bud is done with his 2000 i will be geting 450gl so for space he will be ok the problem is that i had never bought a fish that small so pretty much dont no what to do
