I recently saw were a member made a diy plywood tank w/ a pond liner. the tank also had a window. ive been dong some research and would like to try this. not sure on how to install the glass with use of the pond liner. I was wondering if anyone had some input or if that member could give me a better breakdown. I would like to attempt a 72x30x30 if possible.

Pond liner is not the best idea for an indoor tank. Think fiberglass or epoxy coatings of some sort.

sorry but use the search bar there are lots of people who do this

HMMM....I did that already and before you reply you may want to search for yourself. Unfortunately there are a lot of members with DIY tanks using epoxy, fiberglass with a glass or viewable fronts but there are not "lots" maybe some but not "lots'' using a pond liner with a viewable front posted here. And for those one ( I was able to locate with the search option) listed either they did not give me specific info that I wanted or just did not understand. Thats why was hoping for a one on one with either a knowledge member that has already done this or someone that had a better understanding than I did.

But do not to take it the wrong way Crowconor... I appreciated your response, Thank you.

I figured the liner would out last the epoxy accordining to some members
