Need help with Pacman frog!

How are you keeping your frog? Temperatures, substrate, food items and how long have you had the frog?
Temp is about 75-78, Substrate is coco fiber, i try to feed him crickets and worms and I've had him for about 3-4 weeks
Has he eaten at all since you got him? What were they feeding the frog from where it was purchased? It could very well be impacted if it was kept on bad substrate such as gravel and moss.
