It was sold to me as spotted cactus pleco but I don’t really see any spots. Can anyone tell if it’s a male or female?

Really need a collection point. Whats its size? Could be 320 (Rio Jari) or 185 (Rio Jaru ) also. Some have white spots when younger/juveniles then grow out of them.
