I bought a cheap protein skimmer off of ebay for 40 dollars with free shipping. It is rated for 180 gallons. I had to buy a tube to go from the pump to the U tube. It is a hang on the back. It would work great but the problem is that some of the mini bubbles go back into the tank and it clouds up that side of the tank. It is a new saltwater tank and the protein skimmer has only been running off and on for about a week. It says it needs about a 2 week break in period. Is there a problem that is making the mini bubbles go back into the tank? Or is that just a natural thing that occurs when the tank or skimmer is new. Any advice or help is appreciated. Thanks

I would also like to know if it may cause a problem if there are mini bubbles all over the one side of the tank... Someone please give me some advice on this
