i saved a 20 inch arowana from a 125 gallon tank with the ph of below 6.09 cant even tell you what it was cuz it was off the chart. amo below a 8.0 on the chart and trates and trites .... well you know!! so i have had him in my 300 gallon for about 2 weeks. he is slowly healing up nicely from the amo burn. im suprised he didnt die from shock putting him into my tank. the only thing is he hasnt eating a thing yet. and it looking even skinnier then when i got him! im not sure what i can do i've tried everyhting, pellets, shrimp, talipia. im not going to try live. any help would be great. my tank param are ph7.0 amo .00 nit.00 nitrate.25

im refuse to give my fish feeders. i have very nice bass i want to keep!! thanks for the advice ill get some mealworms

In most cases, feeders do more harm than good. Anyway, aros are more likely to go for the crickets and mealworms rather than the feeders.
X2 insects are aro's favorite, and they are easier to catch !

just let it alone for now, and see 2 more weeks then u can worry
i would give quarintined lives, either insect or fish whatever convinience for u.
i dont understand why people refuse to give lives, if u quarintined the lives urself.

What's the current tank temp? I'd ump it up to 84-85 if it isn't there already. At 20" he can go awhile without eating and I think he will anyway.
