Need help with this stock list

I had a topic like this before but I now know 90% of the stock I'm getting:

5 Discus
2 Angelfish
12 Sterbai Corys
2 German Rams
1 Gold nugget Pleco
12 Amano Shrimp |
2 Gold Rabbit snails |
12-15 Shoaling fish (Look below V)

I also need help on choosing a good shoaling fish, I was thinking of getting either Cardinals or Rummynoses but I don't really know, Anyone have any other suggestions for me?

Will this work? I'll be keeping up with more than weekly water changes with the Discus and I'll be feeding the Discus frozen worms.

Columbian tetras, mine lived for 8 years and got to a pretty decent size. they are undemanding colourful and very easy to feed, they used to eat hikari gold cichlid pellets. Also the stocking sounds great, sterbai cories are my favourite but I have found them to be suspectible to fungal infections in the past.
 
What about cherry barbs? Or would they be too big and start nipping my Discus?

And the only thing I've figured out is that the angels will probably eat the amano shrimps. It's basically a hit and miss and I love my Angels.... I'll try buy a good load of plants and see.
 
I would lose the discus double quick. I may be wrong, but for my money, i'm only keeping discus in a low stocked tank, on their own, with no substrate and 85 degree water and 50 per cent water changes every 2nd day. But that's just me.

Back to the real world, i would cut your stocking list by half in each category you had multiple fish. :) But there is no chance i'd add a discus.
