Need help with what fish food to use

ok yall, im fed up using whatever fish food i can find on sale. i have a tank with some CA/SA cichilids in it (100) and a tank with a yellow lab, electric blue, rosie barbs, australian rainbow fish, and an earth eater (55). i want to get the best food for them that will not break the bank
what do you all suggest and where is the best place to get a good deal on it?

Contact Pharaoh he has really good deals on New Life Spectrum and it is one of the best fish foods you can buy :] Hes cheap, has quick delivery and very very good service.

I agree, NLS is great stuff. Also is cichlid hikari gold. I have that and NLS. Krill is also good.
