I need help finding out what is wrong with my oscar. His skin looks like it is flaking off and he is not eating. Here are some before and now pics.

bad water plus bad diet
 
will he die and should i do a water change right now if i am treating him with chemicals. And why is he upside down and red.
 
Theres a chance he may die. Id keep the tank super clean for awhile an see how he does.
 
how big is this tank man. Do a water change immediately
