what is kok? u mean make your flowerhorn head bigger? if male the head will bigger, female head not so big. on some species of flowerhorn i mean.

Kok = nuchal hump on the flowerhorn's head
I'd say feed it with good pellets; grand sumo, chingmix, hikari bio gold, new life spectrum, xo humpy head, etc..
But of course the flowerhorn itself must have good genes & well taken care of..
