I have a dilemma...

My CA's have been breeding like crazy as the temperture got warmer in the summer. Dovii, Umbie, RTM, La Cieba, Festae, Tetracanthus, etc....all had some spawns.

I had success raising my Dovii, Jack Dempsey, Managuense, Red Devil spawns in the past, but I am having a difficult time keeping these other spawns alive.

1) I have kept spawns with parents, but after a week or two, the parents eat their fry overnight.

2) I have taken the spawns out and put them into a separate tank too. Fry eventually died in a week.

What should I do?

Please help me out and give me some advice and tips on your successes in raising your fry.

Thanks ahead of time....

I use "Critter Keepers". My breeders are mouth brooders, and when I see a female holding hatched fry I isolate her in a critter keeper and leave it in the same tank. That way I can easily pull her out after she "pops", and I'm saved the hassle of chasing 100's of nano-sized fry with a net.
