need help...

12 hours ago my flowerhorn was fine.but now his eye is huge. I need to know if I should move him and how to treat. I have a pic but don't know how to post from my phone

He may be experiencing "Popeye" which is almost always a symptom of high ammonia levels. How often do you do a water change? And what % of the water do you change?

I do 50% once a week with a vacuming.I would post a pic but not sure how to

Do a water change. Then add some epsom salt to the tank. Should help.
