Need help!!

Hi guys lately I introduced a bunch of tilapias into my pond and just a few days ago they have been dying one by one...Some has body conditions like these

Please help me find out what is wrong?? Is it salt level, PH or ammonia too high?

You need to test your water without results its just guess work , looks like ammonia from the pic but testing will determine that
