i left town for a day and a half and checked out my fishes when i got home today. i noticed my FH's left eye is like poping out, looking like an oscar's eye. any body know what is going on?

Sure dude it's called pop eye go to your local fish store and get some meds it is fairly easy to fix
extreame water changes for a couple of weeks change of diet, salt ,if no change ,meds.
my oscar is blind from pop eye in both eyes about 4 years ago. it started again about 2 months ago and has not healed. any one know about clove oil to put her to sleep.
