So... I recently bought what they had labeled as a Thai silk flowerhorn right? Okay so I’ve had one and know what they look like. But this one has a yellow head with a white body and then the normal blue pearl reflecting under his white body. Very unique! I’ve tried looking up a yellow Thai silk and can’t find anything. Wondering if anyone can help me figure out how he got like this! Thanks!!! Ive posted a picture along with this post so you can so and get a better idea maybe.

I agree with Mr. Lindsey, your fish looks like a juvenile Red Devil. Check out the elongated mouth. Never seen a FH with that characteristic or that coloration. Very unique if it turns out to be a FH. Might end up being a great fish for you.

Agreed, definitely some different characteristics. I at least know it is a flowerhorn for sure I just don’t know the possible mixes that would bring a yellow color.
