Need help...

My question is how do I prepare dug up earthworms before feeding to my tropical community tank... Do u need to flush them out of dirt/stomach contents. Squeeze them or feed them something for few days etc ???

I've always just rinsed them off and thrown them in. But I don't feed them often. If frequently I'd probably put them in a container with damp paper towels for a few days beforehand.

Some will just rinse off and feed. I’ve seen others squeeze it though to get the insides out and then feed. What ever is easy for you.

I feed earthworms and red wrigglers almost every day. I've always just rinsed them off and thrown them in... No problems whatsoever for my fish.
