Looks like a regular blood parrot to me.
 
No I did not buy it it was being sold for 40.00. I kept telling the lady that it was a regular parrot. The mouth was no way near correct and the price was not right. She kept telling me it came from overseas and going on and on. And then to top that off in a tank right next to this fish was regular blood parrot labeled as dwarf parrots I was like WTF REALLY

Ha, thats funny coz all parrots are from overseas coz no one else knows how to make them, also 40.00 for a regular parrot would be such a rip off, I got two for 10.00 lol, an what the hell is a dwarf parrot. Obviously those employees have something strange lodged in their brain
