Not an ID friendly photo. I am inclined to say I've never seen this species before. It could be blochii (with better photos or videos) but what comes to me is a Propimelodus genus. It almost looks like a hybrid between a Brachyplatystoma and blochii.
Here's a better image from a still of a video on the same instagram account. This fish is Pimelodus maculatus. Not a very common aquarium export, but considering the IG account is from Brazil, it makes sense that they would more readily available there.
Lovely! Looks like Pimelodus maculatus indeed, a rare gem here in the US. From the OP stills it deceivingly looked like the snout is far more blunt, not pointed like in Pimelodus.
