Need ID of this loach

I bought this loach in a tank of Yo Yo loaches, but it's obviously not. They gave it to me for the same price so I paid $6 for it, and it was about 1" at the time 2 months ago, now around 1.5". I have no idea what it is, any help appreciated. Thanks!

Definitely not a clown loach.

Ok you are right not a clown. Upon further inspection of low rez pic it looks like a burmese loach.

Pic is fine. Botia histrionica, watch out these guys do get a bit rowdy when they get bigger. To mellow out aggression, get no less than 6 any less than that and you'll find them chasing other loaches similar to themselves ( clown loach).
