NEED ID Pls (2 new pick ups)

I picked these guys up thinking they were Congis... They landed yesterday and I picked them up today. Dark stripes did not show till I added them to my dark tank and kept my eye on them. As soon as they got setteled in I realized they were not Congicus. Im 99% sure I know what they are but just want to hear it from you guys

So... 2 Q's

1, What are they

2, How much are they worth (small is about 8-9" & big one is 10-11")

def not an endli but they are nice lapradeis. put them in a tank with a darker background and they will show their true potential.

Its not the Bichir, its what I paid for worthless Laps. I could of gotten 4-5 pcs of Laps for the price I paid
