posted these on here a while back n all i was told was they were hybrids. so i figured since theyre getting bigger theyll get an ID...they all are white with black strips with blue and a little yellow. but one is getting a deep yellow all over the body (you can see in the pics) so i guess that one might be a female or something

I can see tropheops in it, but not a single one...

look at the tropheops profiles at the end... and see if that helps...

thanks i agree, i can see alot of Tropheops novemfasciatus (Kadango), Tropheops sp. "Red Fin" (Lundu), and Tropheops sp. "Sand" (Undu Reef) in the fish i got

IMO none of them realy look like Tropheops when you look at the body/head shape.
I also agree that they have a P. crabro (bumblebee) look to them and it was my first inclination that they like P. crabro but looking at them all none of them seem to look pure. As much as I hate jumping to the H-word conclusion I think that's pretty much what they are. Possibly a mix of P. crabro and a Melanchromis sp.

cool thanks for the explanation and not just saying HYBRID! thanks man i appreciate it

I know the face is not round enough, but the patterns are similar and the dorsal fin pattern the most... I am pretty sure it is mixed with something, but I am still stuck on the part tropheops.... I really do not see the carbro in it at all. It have the face of a psuedo yea, but I am not seeing the carbro over any other...I can see the Melanchromis... I can say for pretty sure it is not a single species...
