I agree, basically a normal angel. They are close to some I have seen that are called half blacks. My best guess on sexes is that fish in the first is a male because of the hump on his forhead. But can't be 100% sure.
 
Looks like lower grade half blacks, but that could be because they are stressed. Once they have settled post some more pics if you don't mind.

As for the sex-it is nigh on impossible to tell. You will have to wait to see if they try to spawn and even then it is not guaranteed unless you see the ovidepositors.
 
oh, got them for 11 buck a peice 2"-3" long and 4" tall , is that good price. my wife wanted them...
 
Doesn't sound like too bad a price to me. Although prices here don't compare well with your prices there.

yep looks like a male cause of the hump
 
^That is really an unreliable way of sexing angels. My scalare with the largest nuchal hump is actually a proven and bred female.
