Yep probably get better more red in the dorsal and glowing orange/red eyes. Looks a little new and unstable but will color up better maybe try feeding krill to intensify the red. Looks nice tho

It's possible and it all depends on their personality. Some will allow other pikes and fish but others won't allow other pikes at all. Depends on its personality. I'd get 3-4 more of the same species if you want to mix them.
