Need idea for Shop Project- Wood Intarsia

So in the past in shop class I have made Intarsia, and the one I made was of a Walleye. This year I want to do another fish, but I want it to be more intricate as I am more experienced at making them now. I would appreciate any ideas and will post pics of it when I finish.
