Need idea on spray bar to reach 10 feet :)

I am needing idea for spray bar for the 10 footer. This will strictly be a closed loop for circulation only.

The tank is 10 feet long and 3 feet wide. I will be using a reeflo barracuda, based on the headloss calculation, I will be around 3700 GPH RIGHT BEFORE THE SPRAY BAR.

Due to the design and location, I can only put the spray bar on one side of the tank. I'd like to reach to the other side of the tank if it all possible.

I want chaotic flow to increase the turnover rate.

Question, What kind of spray bar do you think is best ? 2" PVC at 30 inches long and drill soem holes ?

Any other ideas ? I've red about rotating spray bar, can anyone explain how it works ?

Hi Stan,
A rotating spray bar is for distributing water evenly across the top surface of a trickle filter, not really for use in the tank itself. Your idea with the 2 inch pvc pipe is good but you only really need 1 or 1/1/4 inch piping for that sort of flow. Just be aware that while a spray bar will bring a lot of oxgen and movement into the water, you will also have more protein scum sitting on the water surface. not really a problem but some people don't like that. if you only want chaotic water movement you can also just use the pump like a powerhead inside the tank but maybe split the flow in two and reduce each of the two outlets until both have good water pressure.
