need idea's for fish for a 55 gal tank

i'm starting a new 55 gallon tank and i'm trying to find some good fish to put in it. i have a pictus and and silver tip shark that are going to go in it and i'm trying to get idea's of some fish that would go well and get along with them. any suggestions?

You can go planted. If you dont want that you can get a FW barracuda (hujeta) and other top water fish, if you don't mind taking time to get them converted off feeders. You can also get Exodons. Theyre agressive awsome.

hey man try some rafael cats, or gaurami, or pleco, or a lima scorbum, or drop the cats pick up some synodontis cats and do an african tank, or just do an oddball tank, the possibilities are almost limitless.

no pleco, pleco bad, get bichir, bichir good, me angry if minihause get pleco, get knifefish to, minihause also get violet goby. anyway, i would go with an oddball tank, like i just said, get bichirs and knifefish and that kinda stuff.

A couple of Fire mouths would be cool, a planted setup with some gouramis and some bristle nose plecos would look sweet aswell. Other good fish would be Kribs, jewels, Discus, Apistos and convicts.

if he gets a bristle nose he might aswell get a bichir since bristle noses are the only species that does KILL BICHIRS!!!!!!

dont get convicts... they just terrorize everything...
