I got this fish in a few days ago; she was labelled "Crenicichla sp. Atabapo Red". I haven't got a decent picture because she's just too shy at the moment, but she looks exactly like the fish in this photo I found browsing this section:

And I mean exactly the same, especially that intensely red operculum and red finnage. I don't think she is what she was labelled as because she seems to lack a humeral blotch, and when stressed, develops a thick lateral stripe down her body, similar to that of C. johanna (although I know she is no johanna, yes). Ideas, anyone? Thanks in advance.
