I'm picking up a WC trio of these guys and was wondering if anyone has care/breeding info such as preferred ph & hardness levels etc.

not really what i was looking for. My water out of tap has a PH of 8.0-ish and quite hard. Will i be able to breed them in this water? or even keep them alive? The link listed above does not provide this info, but none the less, is interesting. I asked this here, because i keep finding sites like the link, but no water parameters are discussed. All I find is that they are from the congo basin, but what is the water like there?
