I have a few tanks with cracks in the trim and I've never had a problem.
I've even taken the trim off one of them and use that 55 without the trim.
Filling it with silicone would do anything structurally.

Ok ill take the risk tank is in the basement so it would just be a pain in the ass to get rid of the water

I actually have a tank with a few chips in the corners of the glass.
I am a risk taker, but even upstairs with as many risk tanks that I have I still get a little worried sometimes.
Yah im extremely cause the tank is used but it was full of water right before I got it

Can you put up more pictures of the stand? It looks awfully light duty to have that large of a tank on it. I definitely think the bowing of the middle support is something to worry about.

If the stand ends up needing to be replaced then a cheap easy solution would be to get some cinder blocks and put a piece of plywood over them. I’ve done it with my 55 and 75 gallons. A not so cheap but incredibly easy (in my opinion) stand would be a simple storage rack. The best thing about those is that they’re strong and can be set up for more than 1 tank. I currently have 2 racks set up.
