Need info on ohio species

so i caught a fairly large creek chub today and it got me interested in doing a native ohio tank..i have a 55 gallon on the way. i really like some of the darter species. if you are interested in helping me or know anything about ohio fish and or how and where to get them please let me know... heres a link to the spiecies list http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/tabid/17913/Default.aspx

ok in my experiance darters are hard to catch just try and leave your minno trap in the creek over night with some scalops or shrimp in it and you might get lucky gurantee you will have some crayfish and other creek inhbitants in there. good luck

u can catch them it night with a flash light and a net ..

i catch my darters with a water bottle. Just cut off the top. alittle practise and it works great. catch them all the time. but i dont keep them anymore. just dont like them.

no not nocternel the light shocks them and keeps them still for a little bit..

hmm..where do you guys catch em at? and are they as colorful as on that liink?
