Need info on stein geo

Got what I believe is a stein at the LFS for a deal of 2$ he is all torn up and I'm not sure he will make it.i have the usual heat and salt method at y disposal which I have already started.i need all the info possible for this geo and possibly an ID if he's not a stein

Steindachneri are really cool geos, a little more aggressive than most geos, but not at all compared to most cichlids. Do really well in groups like one male with multiple females
