Need Light Bulb suggestions for 75 Gal tank.

Hi, I have a 75 Gal Tank with a twin bulb hood that uses T8 style, Currently I have 48 Inch 40 Watt bulbs, I need to replace them and was wondering what should I go with?

Led? or Florescent?
Wattage?
I do have live plants as well as fish Piranhas.
