need lighting answers quick

I have not heard of HO T6. To my knowledge, there is only HO T5 and HO T8. The HO T8 is not feasible yet as it does not have the proper spectrum.
 
That type of lighting isn't strong enough for me, but I have used them, and they are fairly good. I have some available, just check my sig.
 
Looking at upgrading the light in my tank as the one I have is insufficient. I have a hooded tank and have been told that I cannot use T5's due to the lack of ventilation. What sort of lighting would be suitable? (I currently have a 2' single flouro for a 4' tank, would like a dual bulb 3' light fitting - Hood is about an inch too short for a 4' fitting)
