need more help with overflow pipe

i would like to know if i can use abs pipe?
what size i should use ( 230 gallon tank)

Most often abs is used for drainage pipes (toilets, sinks, etc.) so it doesn't matter if the pipe leaches chemicals into the water being drained. However, there is abs pipe available for potable water so it would probably be safe. To know if it is look for a laboratory seal or mark stating that it is safe for potable water. Most people just use pvc because that's generally what is used for water supply lines in new home construction so its easy to get, and we know it's safe.

can you get pvc in 1- to 1-1/2 inch?
or can i use 3/4 for a pipe overflow?
