Need opinions on Asian Aro

In your opinion, does this RTG have the potential to be a full High Back RTG in the future?
It's about 6 1/2 - 7 inches right now. How much shine does there have to be on the 5th row for it to be considered a HBRTG? Is it a HBRTG?
Theres only shine on the 5th row on one scale, on both sides.

It's not mines. friends fish in Vietnam. He bought it as a RTG.

I'd say no. My regular RTG has the same shine on the the 5th row, just on one scale. The vendors have a good idea what is and isn't going to turn into a unexpected HBRTG, they will price it accordingly. Nice RTG though.
