Currently have one senegal and one ropefish in my 75g looking to put more fish in. I am getting another senegal and one or two more ropefish, but I want to have a peaceful mid-high water(preferably schooling) fish to add some colour to the tank. I was thinking something along the line of larger rainbowfish or discus, but I'm up to all opinions. I don't want anything that will chew up plants. I had some gouramis which destroyed my Aponogeton and i would not like to relive that.

I have my sen living with a pike cichlid, a zig zag eel, and a raphael cat. they all get along just fine.

Most rainbows grow to almost 6", much much too large. And ctenopmas get just as big as sens. Butterflys and angels are also WAY too large for a sen to eat. The congos would be a potential meal, but when they get full size, they should be able to hold their won against a sen.

Not only that but they get almost as tall as they do long. I think I am going to get some rainbows.
