need opinions on target fish.

what smaller fish would look nice and be able to live in a tank with this stock:
1 oscar
1 gt
1 jd
1 turquoise sev
and 1 rope fish , 1 senegal bichir?

I need to distract the oscar's and gt's aggression away from my jd. They only chase him around once and a while but I don't want the jd to become stressed.

any advice would be appreciated , thanks

130g? then you could add some Male convicts as dithers or a school of silver dollars... I would go with three Male Convicts or 4

Cichlids, will be cichlids... When I added my silver dollars, the main flaring went down almost completely. They like to chase them around, but can never connect. I added a larger leporinus, and at first he pissed everything off so much, they were paying more attention to it than eachother. After a few months, everything is hella better.

I don't think that silver dollars are the greatest looking fish, but they actually have worked in my experience. Just don't tell the fools at petsmart they're going in with cichlids or they wont sell.

Giant danios are awesome dithers but eventually they'd probably get eaten.

Giant danios are good dithers/targets for some fish, not for large cichlids. Why get something that would eventually get eaten?
