My pbass has these white spots all over him and they look like sand or air bubbles. they don't come off when he swims away quickly but they do if i wipe them off, Is this a disease like ich or is it just bubbles sticking to him?

but why are the bubbles only sticking to him? do it have to do with the slime coat on him? and ill get pics when my sister wakes up. I don't know where the cord for her camera is.

sounds like ich man, its pretty common for them to get it when theyre small. Crank your temperature up to 87-89F and add aquarium salt. The temperature will speed up the development process from cyst -> freeswimming. You cant really do anything until the ich is freeswimming. I keep my 150 cichla growout @ 86F and add 4 tablespoons of salt everytime i do a water change just in case.

to me it just sound like ich..

It's most likely ich. Bump the temps up but make sure you have good aeration too. Add aquarium salt and wait it out. If its really bad, you can try meds but half the dosage as young cichla are sensitive to most meds.

I personally would stay away from meds and just go with the aquarium salt route. it's always worked for me. good luck!
