Need pictures of sump returns,

the last thing i need to do to my 310 is make the water return lines.

want to see a few dff ones, get some ideas.

the part im undecided about is where the water leaves the lines.

a couple open pipe ends, or long pipe with drilled holes.... others?

i have open ended 90 and 45 elbows..

All mine have Loc-Line fittings on them, helps in creating different effects an currents.

what are thoes?

I use 3/4" pvc pipe the length of the tank 3/16 holes drilled so its a spraybar the whole tank

I have length of pvc with holes drilled in it positioned sideways and pointing down into the tank at the opposite end from the overflow.

I did have my return going to a PVC elbow that I warmed up and crimped to make a jet. Unfortunately, it created so much current, that it moved all of my substrate to the other side of the tank. I replaced it with a PVC 'T' and I left the open ends uncrimped. I placed it in the middle of the tank, so now I have water movement going towards both ends.
