not bad looks like your first one may have been a bit of a pain to service the top tanks though ,kinda of what i'm thinking of doing do you breed with those tanks ?

yeah pretty much. probaly 60% of my tanks are for fry rearing. the problem with stacking tanks is having the room above the tank to service it well enough. if you g 3 tanks high the top ones are always a little harder although you can catch fish standing up you do need a chair to move pots around in the bottom. if you do consider stacking tanks give some thought to a trickle system this means you can water change 6 tanks or so tanks in one go via the bottom tank. for my second stand i decided to design and build and have custom made tanks with holes drilled so its all on one system. the only real downfall to that is the hormones in the water which hinder fish growth, (especially important if you want to grow fry on fast) but none the less ideal for breeding initially. i actually keep 3 FH's on the large system

Great stand! I am tired of havinfg separate stands for my tanks and would like to incorporate one or two stands, one to hold all the 20-gal long (6) and one for the 10-gal (6). Can you share specific dimensions you followed? Thanks,

KevC
