Need Pointers or Advice for "metal frame" pools

Just wondering if anyone has used these pools (Intex® 15’ x 42" Metal Frame Pool) to house fish/turtles. BigLots has a sale right now.. and I figured if they're durable, and worth picking up... Anyone have experience using these or similar "metal frame" pools? Any pointers, concerns, or things I should know before I get one?
