I might ask Fish Tank Travis Fish Tank Travis as he helped me pick out a pump earlier.

Going up a floor is the issue, takes a lot of oomph to push water up. Is there some kind of drain on the same floor?

But, do you have windows in your first floor?
Yah but window is too high I feel. I can drain it from my garage forgot about tht but had to use the sink to siphon it and ran out the garage its 75ft version so siphoning with my mouth is nearly impossible. It actually sorta siphoned wen I used my sink all the way 2 floors up but now I can use my sink thts 1 floor up so it will be easier.

Is there a bathroom on the same floor as the tank? You could run the hose directly into the toilet as it drains. Put the seat down to hold it in place. Or a tub if there's one. If not you may have to go pool pump, and that's some ca$h.

Get yourself one of these 710gph pumps for $20 and hook it to a garden hose and it will do what you need https://www.ebay.com/itm/53-710-GPH...7fFhUFA:sc:ShippingMethodStandard!48073!US!-1

I use that pump for all my tanks in my basement, During the winter I run the hose into the same level washroom sink but during nicer weather I will sometimes run the hose up the stairs and out into the garden in the backyard. The pump is very strong with about a 17-18ft max head (the height it can lift water up) so that makes it push the water up a flight of stairs with ease. Price cant be beat either, I have a couple I use for aquariums as well as one I use for my outdoor pond waterfall, they work great.

Just use a garden hose .. heres pump I used :
