need quick advice

i got home today from school and my stingrays lower discs around the tail and "butt" is all bloated looking. like extremely. i haven't noticed any poop for a few days now. i think they are constipated.

i've heard epsom salt can help them go to the bathroom. is this true?
if so, how much should i put in the tank?
i have 2 retics, about 4" disc diameters on both, male is slightly smaller.
tank is a 90g growout.
checked the water, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 40 nitrate (will be doing water change soon).

nevermind guys.
after a few days of surveillance, they both ended up passing their bowel movements. Just took some time. I'm thinking it was the cut up dewworms i gave them. will have to remember that one.
