Need real monster fish breeding advice

I'm interested in breeding a few different monsters for aquaculture (I know it's sacriledge but somebodies gotta do it). I've looked all over and responded in a few different threads but keep coming up short.

So here it is. If you have experience with breeding any of these fishes please help me out. I need info badly as I'm going to order and start raising the breeders now.

Giant Gourami
Kissing Gourami
Pacu- Black or red belly
Pangasius catfish- P. Bocourti or P. Hypothalmus (irridescent shark)

I've got the basics down for all these guys and I know sizes and the need for hormones, etc. What I'm hoping for is that some of you super smart fishheads can let me know things like duration till maturity, spawning times, breeder diets, etc. I would also be greatful to anyone who has info on spawning the Pacu and Pangasius without hormones.

I live in Hawaii and I plan on building huge earthen ponds to rear the breeders and breed them. Right now I've got a few lined ponds that are over 1500 gallons so that should be enought to rear these guys for now.

Any info would be greatly appreciated so thanks for taking the time to help me out.

I think somewhere I heard that Kissing Gourami's make bubblenests, maybe Im crazy. But I'll buy the kissing gourami's if you do end up breeding them. My GF loves them(I think their hideous, lol)and my LFS has them but they always have Ick and look like crap.

Sorry didn't help alot, that's great if you can breed them. Very true on the part that someone has to breed them, I hope my fellow MFK'ers can help you out dude. Good Luck.
