Need Solutions...from xbox players Lol

Hey Everybody,

I wanted to ask for some solutions as why I disconnect from live numerous times throughout the day. Some times I "lag out" every multiplayer game in black ops for like an hour. Especially when playing zombies....pisses me off when I get to like level 30+ and then "Disconnected From Xbox LIve) F***K!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any ideas?...it says my connection is at the full four bars....

Please Help for this unusual request.

Also does anyone know who i can contact to resolve my "Banned" playercard on black ops?
