Need some advice cloudy eye

Morning arowana lovers, just got back from Cali last night on my 3 day weekend with my wife. Got home last night and notice that one of my jardini's eye got a little circle thing on top portion of the eye. So I look harder, and on the bottom where the circle thing there is kinda a white mist forming. I am thinking its a early stage of a cloudy eye? So I just need a advice before I go crazy on medication.
My water condition is
Temp 80.7
Ph 7.5
Nitrate2 20 little above from normal.
Ammonia 2.0 little above from normal.

I try to take a pic but my cam is old and my jar Keep moving can't get a good shoot of the eye.

i've had this happen to my stock before and usually i just keep up the water changes and make sure the water stays clean untill it clears up on its own.

Did you raise the temp? How long did it take you?
