Need Some Advice On a Acrylic tank on Thickness

Hi,

I will be getting a 96x30x24 300g Acrylic tank. I got 2 places to choose from but one uses 1/2inch and the other one uses 3/4.

Clear for life uses 1/2 inch acrylic with Rounded corners

Tydpool uses 3/4 inch acrylic he will sand it down to make it rounded.


Which one would you go with? Clear for life is around $100 cheaper then Tydpool but they use 3/4. Just don't want tank to bow.


I heard clear for life is a reputable company. Anyone had there tanks before? As for tydpool not sure about them but heard they make solid tanks.
 
Go 3/4". I wish I did. Peace of mind bro, nothing lasts forever.

For only an extra $100, that should be an easy decision. Go with the 3/4".
