need some advice on bulk heads..

Hey Im geting close to finishing the framing of my basement pond I have been picking away at (Thread link)> http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?452555-460-gal-basement-pond-build

ill have 1/2" plywood and 1/2" foam to go through with the bulkheads.. what are the best bulkheads to use?

where do I get them? and im hoping i dont have to spend over 20 bucks each.

a good place to get a liner affordably would be nice too???

ideas?

2" by 2.5" long is what im hoping to get..
