I have a 5'-6' silver aro in a 125 gallon tank with a emperor400. Also, I have the heater set at 82F.

1. What is the best temperature for my tank?
2. What pellets should I feed my aro for him to grow fast?
3. Should I use a powerhead or an airpump?
4. How often do I clean the tank/water changes?
5. Is gravel necessary?

LMK ASAP, Thanks.

I assume you mean a 5-6" arowana.
1. 72-82 will be fine.
2. FD krill, hikari floating sticks, hikari gold, or my personal preference Azoo 9 in 1 arowana pellets.
3. Aros prefer a calmer water, but will do ok with movement. Either would be acceptable.
4. As often as necessary to keep 0 ammonia-0 nitrite-20 or less nitrate.
5. Gravel is not necessary.

I would also add frozen foods such as shrimp, smelt, and some beefheart to the mix.
